PADEL TENNIS – SUPERB DOUBLES TEAM!

TOTAL PADEL UK and JUTA UK teamed up to create a first for David Lloyd Leisure Clubs. The Chigwell club became the first to offer Padel Tennis facilities to their members.

AN EXCITING GAME FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED
Padel tennis is hugely popular in Spain and Latin America and is beginning to take off in the UK. It’s great for players of all ages and skills, as it is both quick and easy to pick up, and is less physically demanding than similar sports like squash.The rules are simple and most players get the grasp of the game within the first 20 minutes of playing. Whilst the game is not as dominated by strength and serve as tennis – in fact, the serve in padel is under-arm! – it is excellent for fitness as players easily and quickly reach a level of proficiency where they can achieve sustained and fast-paced exchanges.

Total Padel contacted JUTA UK to enquire about using our Fast Track range as the product of choice for the Chigwell project. We were happy to assist with the project and look forward to many more with the sport becoming more and more popular in the UK!
