The JUTAgrass® offices and artificial turf manufacturing facility is located in Dvur Kralove in the Czech Repubic. This state-of-the-art facility has the very latest in artificial grass production technology, with the newest and latest machinery, with our dedication to use the best we again show we are very aware of our environmental impact and strive to work efficiently at all levels.

With departments for manufacturing and development together with a unique and also complete in-house laboratory we are proud mention that this makes the JUTA Group innovative and unique within the synthetic sports turf industry. A dedicated team works on cost effective but quality products but will always focus on developing new artificial turf surfaces for the international sports industry.

We are truly unique in our production methods in that all aspects of our turfs are produced by us within the same facility.

  • Yarns (Monofilament, Fibrillated and Texturised) - Extruded from the pellet.
  • Primary Backing – Yarns and Fibers used are extruded by our facility.
  • Tufting lines – Our very own high speed tufting machines.
  • Secondary Coating Processes - The coating itself is produced from the pellet and application completed too.
